Personal don’t have a favourite system, but Kickboxing have been a part of me for many years. It’s not because of it’s the best or all the competition focus.
It’s just fast/effective system, and most of all you can easy implement it in any style. Of course you learn to take a hit, and that make you stronger.
The kick boxers in Norway is nice people, and high ranked internationally. If you look at them you can’t see that they are world champs, they are just one of all the other.
This makes it easy to train kickboxing, even when we are getting old:)
