It’s hard getting older, and still want to do the same as we did when we was in the twenties. At the same time we know more, and know that we won’t get damage, because it takes longer time to get back again.
I chanced a lot of my training, not directly the martial art but all the other trainings I do.
At least 4 times a week I do strength training to be sure that I don’t damage my body, I even run at least 3 times a week so I am sure that I can be able to do my martial art training. It’s normally fun, but sometimes it’s really painfully. But I know that I have to do it. If you think you are to old to do your martial art, start with alternative training, You will then see that you will be able to do your martial art training again.
