Age of 45
I am 45 years old, and I understand that my body need a little more rest than before. But there is always a lot of ways to do the resting thing. In the beginning I thought that I should not train, but I have finely found out that that’s not the issue.
I just have to change my training method and be open for more that just the Martial art training. So now I am finely back to 6 to 7 days a week, and in the beginning it was hard to find a way to manage my body with training.
So my key is to combine:
Martial art more than one art, because then I use the muscles different ways.
Running long and short intervals
Still it’s important to have fun:)
